Cancelling Order / Returning:

• Cancellation: All orders are normally dispatched at 4pm on the day of purchase, so you are able to cancel your item being sent if getting in contact by telephoning (0208 809 1499) or email (SikaOrientalExpress@GMail.com) before then.

• Returns: Credit, or a full/partial refund, via the original transaction method will be given upon return of a delivery within seven days of receiving it your end, for items from the original order if not tampered with, however the cost of postage must be born by the customer.

 

Amend Completed, but Un-dispatched, Order:

Amendments to orders must be made before 16:00 on the day of purchase (except Sundays) in order for us to take any effective action before it is posted. Opening a line of contact via telephone (0208 809 1499) is the swiftest method of contact, however email correspondence (SikaOrientalExpress@GMail.com) allows for a written record between both parties and will be essential as costs will need to be adjusted.

Damaged Goods:

Items in transit can be damaged for any number of reasons, even though every effort is made to avoid this it can and will still happen. If you are unfortunate enough to be a victim of an accident that was no fault of your own please contact us to begin the process of returning your items. If at all possible we would encourage photographic evidence be provided of the incident and any useful description you can supply us with in order to help us avoid repeating the problem in the future. However we must insist that the recipient pay the postage costs to return the item to us, but can expect full credit, refund or replacement of the damaged items purchased under our normal refund policy, with delivery postage to you paid for by us.

 

Incorrect or Missing Items:

In order to avoid disputes of incorrectly ordered items being received or items not even having been sent, a photo is taken before your box it packed with all of the items you ordered laid out around it, then another photo of the box full with those items, as well as the invoice included in the box (it also having been sent to your email) to confirm the entire contents paid for. If something has occurred during transit you will be able to tell if the "void" seal has been tampered with.

・Missing: However accidents can occur and if we miss something out we do wholeheartedly appologise and will send the item in question to you free of charge.

・Incorrect Item: Likewise we humbly appologise for sending the wrong item and will gladly cover the return postage costs (proof of receipt required) with a credit voucher as soon as the item reaches us.

We will never substitute anything you specifically order and will attempt to contact you before we even send the item if an item you have paid for is regretfully not in stock.
